About the Company

Latitude AI develops automated driving technologies, including L3, for Ford vehicles at scale. As a Ford Motor Company subsidiary, we operate independently to develop automated driving technology at the speed of a technology startup.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate vehicle test data utilizing internal tooling and logs, including analyzing detailed charts and signals
• Understand the context of issues by examining sensor data (lidar, radar, etc.) and autonomy visualizations
• Monitor and document the context and identify possible causes of various issues
• Work in a fast-paced environment emphasizing attention to detail
• Work closely with team members and management to identify and escalate problems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience
• Flexibility in working hours and shift support
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Ability to execute analytical skills to assess cause, impact, and severity of issues
• Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to adapt to changes in processes and tasks
• Interest in the development of advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working with ADAS automation testing products
• Experience in a customer facing environment
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets experience
• Strong Slack and Jira experience
• Experience in a software/IT, operational, or STEM environment
• Experience using dashboarding software such as Looker or Superset
