Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line technical responder for fielded systems, alternating on-call responsibilities
• Triage incoming issues by gathering context, identifying severity, and documenting findings
• Develop a deep understanding of robotic systems, user interfaces, and common failure modes
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and field services to restore systems quickly
• Act as a backup for field services, including support for deployments and onsite troubleshooting

Requirements

• Experience supporting or troubleshooting complex technical systems (robotics, automation, or industrial equipment)
• Ability to navigate complex user interfaces, system dashboards, and logs
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized and calm under pressure
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and travel up to 10 days per month

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency
• Experience in applications engineering, technical support, or systems operations
