Treatment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, delivering a welcoming and professional experience
• Greet visitors, complete check-in processes, and manage client communications
• Answer phones and emails in a courteous and timely manner
• Schedule appointments and process client payments
• Support retail and service sales, memberships, and referral programs
• Perform general clerical duties including filing, organizing, and maintaining records
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with esthetic treatments on a limited basis as qualifications and business needs allow

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an esthetics program or hold a certificate of completion
• Valid State Esthetician License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including at least 4 weekend days per month

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid State Master Esthetician License
• Valid State Advanced Esthetician License
• Laser Certification
