About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, delivering a welcoming and professional experience
- Greet visitors, complete check-in processes, and manage client communications
- Answer phones and emails in a courteous and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and process client payments
- Support retail and service sales, memberships, and referral programs
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with esthetic treatments on a limited basis as qualifications and business needs allow
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an esthetics program or hold a certificate of completion
- Valid State Esthetician License
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including at least 4 weekend days per month
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid State Master Esthetician License
- Valid State Advanced Esthetician License
- Laser Certification
