About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound patient communication via phone, text, and email
- Present treatment plans and guide patients through financial options including insurance and financing
- Own the patient pipeline by following up on unscheduled treatment and proactive outreach
- Manage the daily studio schedule to ensure full capacity and fill appointment gaps
- Partner with clinicians during huddles to align on patient priorities
- Coordinate referrals and specialty care with other providers
Requirements
- 1–2 years in a patient-facing, customer-facing, or client services role
- Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift office supplies up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Dental or insurance industry background
- Experience with Ascend or similar practice management software
- Comfort with presenting treatment plans and discussing financial costs
