Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service to create a warm environment
• Act as a liaison and case manager between the dental practice and the patient
• Review treatment plans with patients, answer questions, and discuss financial options
• Facilitate financial agreements regarding treatment costs and methods of payment
• Collect payments and co-pays from patients
• Monitor and call patients to fill Doctor or Hygiene schedule openings
• Ensure patients with outstanding balances are informed of the practice’s financial policy
• Schedule new patients promptly and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to work in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dental office
