Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and explain various treatment options and related costs to patients
• Manage surgery schedules between referring offices and surgery teams
• Collect necessary patient data, clearances, consent forms, and payments
• Maintain positive communication between all parties involved in patient care
• Handle clerical procedures including patient data management, scheduling, and filing

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with accounting and office systems
• Strong attention to detail and an efficient work ethic
• Experience with clerical procedures and data management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using dental software systems
