It’s A Secret Med Spa is an elite medical spa with locations nationwide that empowers people by elevating their natural beauty through high-performance injectables, lasers, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations and describing services and skincare products
- Create custom treatment plans to achieve client goals and educate them on service offerings
- Build rapport and close sales by explaining capabilities and overcoming objections
- Prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Cherry Finance and Care Credit
- Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services
- Partner with location providers and managers to drive new business
- Utilize CRM systems to accurately update and track all customer interactions
- Proactively outreach to current and potential clients to drive results
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous sales experience
- Previous experience in the med spa or aesthetics industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality
- Ability to work in spa locations within the immediate vicinity as needed
