Treasury & Trade Solutions Client Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client relationship lead for a dedicated portfolio, developing deep understanding of client treasury organizations and operational needs.
• Lead strategic engagement across Sales and Product teams to drive project completion and product adoption.
• Coordinate the delivery of critical client initiatives, including new treasury solution implementations and Voice of the Customer feedback programs.
• Manage all client communication regarding product migrations, regulatory developments, and market changes.
• Champion the resolution of client issues by collaborating with Service and Operations partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage revenue budgeting and forecasting for the client portfolio, including monthly analysis and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead proactive relationship reviews with senior client contacts to identify new opportunities and reinforce long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Background in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or senior operations within financial services or corporate treasury.
• Ability to operate independently and manage a complex client portfolio with high accountability.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to interact with stakeholders from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and concurrent projects.
• Proven problem-solving capability and the confidence to make independent decisions.
• University degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Back Office Cash Management or Trade Operations.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
• Familiarity with treasury products, cash management solutions, or financial regulatory environments.
