Responsibilities

• Manage the complete cycle of investment funds, including quota and liability control
• Monitor regulatory compliance and reconcile with custodians and administrators
• Deliver performance reports and accessory obligations
• Lead the automation and consolidation of operational processes for fund management
• Develop and maintain metrics, performance indicators, and control dashboards
• Prepare reports and materials for Committees, managers, and strategic meetings regarding structured operations
• Map process gaps and propose improvements using automation and data

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
• Solid understanding of the banking environment and funding/capital raising structures
• Experience with data tools and coding (SQL, Python, or similar)
• Strong analytical reasoning and high attention to detail
