Treasury Senior Professional

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity
• Oversee domestic and international payments and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Manage bank accounts, access, and documentation, including KYC requirements
• Manage the factoring process, including coordination with providers and monitoring receivables
• Handle bank guarantees and Letters of Credit, including issuance and document verification
• Support foreign exchange (FX) transactions and monitor currency exposure
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Improve treasury processes and implement automation where possible

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Higher education in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in AR/AP, Treasury, or Cash Management
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Practical knowledge of TMS systems (preferably Kyriba) is an asset
