Treasury Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the closing processes of the Brazilian Payment System (SPB)
• Oversee cash positions and financial movements throughout the day
• Operate and supervise financial settlement routines within STR and SPI environments
• Perform financial reconciliations and current account controls
• Analyze operational data to prepare management reports and identify risks
• Participate in automation and process enhancement initiatives
• Collaborate with Risk, Regulatory, and Technology teams to ensure business continuity
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Serve as a technical reference for critical financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• Extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in treasury
• Experience with BACEN authorization/certification for Payment Institutions
• Knowledge of SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools
• Experience in fintechs or payment companies
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools for data analysis
• Banking Reserve Pilot Certification (Curso de Piloto de Reserva Bancária)
• Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Advanced English proficiency
• Knowledge of Alteryx or low-code platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data modeling
• Experience building dashboards using AI-powered tools
• Advanced Spanish proficiency
