Treasury Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients to understand business requirements and manage lead qualification daily
• Execute introductory calls to new corporate clients to build a robust sales pipeline
• Meet weekly and monthly targets regarding call performance, quality, and sales revenue
• Maintain a deep interest in FX movements and the global economy to better advise prospects
• Collaborate with internal departments and mentors to ensure client interests remain the priority
• Participate in regular training sessions and take proactive ownership of professional development
• Ensure all sales activities comply with FCA regulations and market structure changes

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with confidence in both phone and in-person settings
• High level of resilience and the ability to act quickly on feedback
• Goal-oriented mindset with both short-term and long-term persistence
• Fluency in English
