Treasury Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury Management Officers (TMO) on client proposals, including cost-benefit analysis and profitability modeling
• Assist with client call preparation by creating pitch books, relationship review materials, and conducting customer research
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structures and objectives
• Coordinate with product partners to design and implement comprehensive Treasury solutions
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up accurately and timely
• Work with internal partners to ensure successful product implementation and accurate billing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of relevant banking and treasury experience
• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in working with experienced Treasury partners to identify client cash flow needs
• Previous experience in sales, portfolio management, or relationship management
