Treasury & Payments Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional cash management advice and support to banking partners and clients to drive sales and service objectives.
• Apply business development strategies and collaborate with internal partners to grow the business and achieve sales goals.
• Participate in deal teams to develop and present proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain an effective external network to identify new business opportunities and expand share of wallet.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing subject matter expertise on complex deal structuring and market trends.
• Support the implementation of cash management products and financial transaction set-ups.
• Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure alignment with internal guidelines, controls, and regulatory requirements to protect the Bank's assets.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of cash management products and services.
• In-depth knowledge of business investment, lending, and commercial banking products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influence, and collaboration skills.
