Treasury Operations - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of a functional team, ensuring accuracy in NAV/yield calculations and adherence to controls
• Research and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and issues with internal teams and external clients
• Provide timely management reporting and maintain issue logs under moderate supervision
• Oversee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and document updates to formal processes
• Train, develop, and motivate new staff, including conducting performance appraisals and providing coaching
• Coordinate workflow management and suggest technology enhancements to streamline operations
• Identify and escalate any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a related accounting or finance field
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work North America shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of financial services and investment products
• Experience working within a global shared services or COE model
• Proven ability to lead and mentor peers and junior staff
