Treasury Operations Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the functional team, ensuring accuracy in daily pricing, calculations, and processing
• Monitor and validate all daily activities to ensure adherence to financial controls and SLAs
• Research and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and issues with internal teams and external clients
• Provide timely management reporting and maintain issue logs under moderate supervision
• Oversee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and document updates to formal processes
• Train, develop, and motivate staff, including conducting performance appraisals and providing coaching
• Assist with workflow management and suggest technology enhancements to streamline operations
• Identify and escalate any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a related accounting or finance field
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work North America shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of financial services and investment products
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a financial operations environment
