Treasury Operations - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of a functional oversight team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in calculations and processing
• Monitor and validate daily activity to ensure adherence to controls and accurate pricing
• Research and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and issues with internal teams and external clients
• Provide timely management reporting and maintain issue logs
• Oversee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and document updates to formal procedures
• Assist with workflow management and suggest technology enhancements to streamline operations
• Train, develop, and motivate staff, including conducting performance appraisals and providing coaching
• Identify and escalate any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a related accounting or finance field
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial services and investment products
• Ability to work North America shifts
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
