Treasury Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own treasury operations and credit risk management across Francophone Africa corridors.
• Evaluate and monitor counterparty risk exposure with intermediary financial partners in high-volatility emerging markets.
• Design and implement practical, scalable risk frameworks and processes suited to rapidly changing regulatory environments.
• Identify and mitigate operational exposures in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and partners across Francophone Africa.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, compliance, legal, and market teams to support corridor expansion.
• Present clear risk assessments and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Meaningful, hands-on experience in credit or counterparty risk management within volatile environments.
• Proven background working in or with emerging markets (e.g., Africa, India, or LatAm).
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Strong analytical modeling skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.
• Experience in fintech, payments, remittances, or risk-focused consulting.
• A track record of personally building or delivering scalable processes and frameworks.
