Treasury Operations Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer user access, entitlements, and segregation-of-duties controls across bank portals and Treasury systems.
• Maintain the control framework for cash positioning, liquidity reporting, and interest calculation processes.
• Support reconciliation processes for Nostro, broker/exchange, and securities cash accounts.
• Coordinate SOX testing, internal audit requests, and documentation updates to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare operational reporting packs, control dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for management.
• Partner with the Treasury Operations Change team to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
• Manage operational incidents through root-cause analysis and corrective action tracking.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Treasury function or a similar operational environment (cash management or banking operations).
• Proficiency with bank portals, electronic banking systems, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong understanding of operational controls, SOX, and audit frameworks.
• Experience working within a regulated financial environment.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with exceptional attention to detail.
