Treasury Operations Associate

About the Company

Hanover Park is building the AI-native ERP that will define private markets infrastructure. We have built a proprietary general ledger accounting system from the ground up, designed specifically for complex investment firms, serving over $15 billion in assets under administration.

Responsibilities

• Process and own money movement workflows including capital calls, distributions, investment wires, bill payments, and management fee payments
• Serve as the operational control layer to catch errors before they reach the client
• Reconcile cash positions daily and maintain accurate records
• Partner with engineering to document and systematize treasury processes
• Identify and surface automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention
• Support fund accounting leadership on client escalations
• Own treasury approval workflows and migrate them into structured, auditable processes

Requirements

• Hands-on experience processing wire transfers
• Experience with capital call and distribution workflows
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly under deadline pressure without sacrificing accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a fund administrator, PE/VC back office, or bank treasury team
• Familiarity with fund accounting platforms
• Understanding of management fee and waterfall structures
