Treasury Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash management for APAC bank accounts
• Process and control all payments and Treasury-related products
• Manage Exchange (SGX, ASX, HKEX), Broker, Counterparty, and Client payments
• Perform daily and monthly Nostro reconciliations and investigations
• Reconcile FX balances and process daily FX settlements
• Reconcile Term Deposits and Non-Cash Collateral held with Clearing Houses/Exchanges
• Manage Client SSI set-up and ongoing maintenance
• Perform daily client money reconciliations
• Act as an escalation point for cash management and payment queries

Requirements

• Experience in Treasury operations, including Money Market and FX settlements
• Knowledge of payment systems and processes, specifically SWIFT (MT103, MT202, etc.)
• Experience with Nostro reconciliations and investigations
• Understanding of Client Money regulations and working in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of Futures and Options products and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
