Treasury Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute the settlement of operations related to resource delivery for brokerage clients in accordance with internal policies.
• Credit resources received from clients to their respective brokerage mediation contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage settlements and funding for operations of Banorte Financial Group subsidiaries (including Payroll, Tax, and HR).
• Supervise operational reconciliation processes to ensure correct identification and resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitor and follow up on operational and technological incidents within the assigned control area.
• Prepare statistical reports to facilitate analysis and decision-making within the treasury area.
• Provide support to management during contingency situations to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Engineering (completed or in progress).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Administration, Finance, Treasury, Operations, or Banking Services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, databases, and macros.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Knowledge of indicators, metrics, and operational reconciliations.
