Treasury Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, settlement cycles, and inter-company funding movements across multiple currencies and corridors.
• Track daily balances and forecast liquidity needs to ensure sufficiency for projected TPV while optimizing working capital.
• Perform daily reconciliations across nostro, internal, and partner accounts, resolving breaks promptly to maintain high control accuracy.
• Build automation to streamline treasury workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with banks and liquidity providers to enable seamless settlements and real-time cash-flow forecasting.
• Design and operationalize SOPs, controls, and risk frameworks from scratch.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, FX, or Capital Markets, ideally within fintech or high-volume cross-border environments.
• Hands-on experience with daily FX booking, liquidity positioning, settlements, and fund movements (including T+0/T+1 cycles).
• Strong grounding in treasury FinOps, reconciliations, and cash-flow allocation.
• Proven track record of managing banking and liquidity-provider relationships.
• Ability to design and document SOPs, policies, and reconciliation workflows.
• Solid understanding of multi-currency liquidity, cross-border corridors, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to digital FX, blockchain technologies, or DeFi-like primitives.
• Experience working in high-speed, high-growth startup environments.
