Responsibilities
- Process bank payments and manage intra-group liquidity
- Monitor payment statuses and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with banks and coordinate with Accounting, AP/AR
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc treasury reporting
- Support cash flow forecasting
- Perform reconciliations and bank statement verification
- Prepare documentation for audit and compliance
- Analyze cash flow and liquidity
- Optimize processes in Excel and Google Sheets
Requirements
- 1+ years of commercial experience
- Understanding of cash flow management, liquidity, and short-term financing
- Knowledge of banking operations (payments, statements, fees)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication skills for interacting with banks and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international banking procedures
- Knowledge of payment systems like SWIFT and SEPA
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP)
