Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cash disposition and cash balancing across Siemens Energy entities to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Support liquidity planning and short-term cash forecasting to identify funding needs and excess liquidity.
• Contribute to the optimization of cash management processes through automation and standardization initiatives.
• Manage in-house bank activities, including payment factory, electronic banking solutions, and Treasury IT tool user management.
• Monitor cash positions, analyze deviations, and contribute to reporting and dashboards for liquidity transparency.
• Support the transformation of Treasury into a highly digitized and automated organization.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure compliance with Treasury policies, procedures, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a comparable finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (e.g., FIS Quantum) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong understanding of cash management, bank accounts, and payment processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, intercultural, and team-oriented environment.
