Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Own core treasury operations including cash positioning, payments, bank account management, and FBAR preparation
• Build scalable workflows and automation for request intake, approvals, and payment tracking
• Translate recurring treasury processes into requirements for tools, dashboards, and AI workflows
• Identify manual pain points, control gaps, and data-quality issues to design technology improvements
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, and Engineering to improve operational visibility
• Maintain strong human accountability for payment approvals, cash movement, and bank access
• Build and maintain SOPs, controls, KPI reporting, and audit-ready documentation
• Support new entity launches, M&A integration, and banking architecture changes

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in treasury, finance operations, or treasury systems
• Strong treasury operations experience across cash management, payments, and multi-entity environments
• Demonstrated ability to build or automate operational workflows in high-growth environments
• Experience using AI, workflow tools, ERPs, or treasury systems to improve scale
• Strong process-design instincts and ability to map current-state workflows
• Sound judgment regarding payment controls, auditability, and segregation of duties
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear procedures and action plans
