Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Own core treasury operations including cash positioning, payments, bank account management, and forecasting support.
• Build scalable workflows and automation for request intake, approvals, and payment tracking.
• Identify manual pain points and control gaps to design process or technology improvements.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, and Engineering to improve data quality and operational visibility.
• Use AI, treasury systems, and ERPs to improve monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain strong human accountability for payment approvals, cash movement, and bank access.
• Build and maintain SOPs, controls, KPI reporting, and audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in treasury, finance operations, or a related operational transformation role.
• Strong treasury operations experience across cash management, payments, and multi-entity environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build, automate, or improve operational workflows in a high-growth environment.
• Experience using AI, workflow tools, treasury systems, ERPs, or data tools to improve scale.
• Strong process-design instincts with the ability to map workflows and define requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create clear procedures and action plans.
