Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning and liquidity management across the full entity portfolio
• Manage payment prioritization, execution oversight, and intercompany fund transfers
• Maintain and manage the 13-week rolling cash forecast
• Oversee bank account management, signers, and banking relationships
• Build treasury SOPs, controls, and documentation from scratch
• Monitor debt covenant compliance and coordinate debt service

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury management, cash operations, or corporate finance
• Experience managing daily liquidity across multiple entities or business units
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting/treasury platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong GAAP knowledge regarding treasury and intercompany transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
• CPA license or CPA-eligible
• Experience in highly regulated industries
• Experience managing or coordinating with offshore team members
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and cash flow analysis
