Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Own short-, medium-, and long-term liquidity planning at both entity and group level
• Play an active role in M&A financing activity and structuring financing models
• Manage daily cash flows and administer the global bank account portfolio
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures
• Build and develop relationships with national and international banking partners
• Support the structuring of external financing instruments and intercompany arrangements
• Own the treasury system landscape and drive automation of reporting and payments
• Produce high-quality treasury reports and liquidity dashboards

Requirements

• Substantive experience in corporate treasury or a relevant banking environment
• Deep knowledge of cash management, international payments, and financial risk hedging
• Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, Bellin/Coupa, SAP TRM)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Experience contributing to capital or financing events (debt structuring or M&A)
• Fluency in both English and German

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing a new Treasury Management System from the ground up
• Familiarity with capital market transaction structuring or M&A treasury integration
• Professional treasury or finance qualifications such as CTP or CFA
• Prior experience in defence, deep tech, or high-growth technology environments
