Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic relationships with local and international banks and FX providers across the North Cone
• Optimize FX efficiency, cash flow, liquidity levels, and fund sweepings
• Ensure governance, internal controls, and compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Conduct commercial negotiations to reduce banking fees and optimize FX spreads
• Support Country Managers with banking and acquirer strategies to reduce COGS
• Partner with HQ on capital structure strategies including dividends and credit lines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Proven experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Governance, and regional Banking Operations
• Advanced English and Spanish fluency
• Experience coordinating multicultural teams across Latin American countries
• Ability to implement process improvements and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or high-growth companies
• Experience with banking integration projects, M&A audits, or structuring new legal entities
• Experience with offshore operations and global treasury processes
• Knowledge of financial risk management and treasury internal controls
