Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positioning across all bank accounts, legal entities, and currencies
• Execute wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other payment processing with proper controls
• Manage banking portal administration, including user access and account setup
• Oversee investment of excess cash balances in accordance with established policies
• Support debt management compliance, interest payment scheduling, and loan covenant monitoring
• Integrate new acquisitions into treasury operations and bank account structures
• Own and maintain the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast and perform variance analysis
• Prepare monthly cash reporting packages for senior management
• Collaborate with FP&A on annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting
• Implement and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Ensure SOX compliance readiness for all treasury processes
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience
• Experience in decentralized, multi-entity organizations
• Experience working with Mergers & Acquisitions
• Demonstrated experience owning cash flow forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and banking portals
• Knowledge of banking products, payment systems, and capital markets
• Familiarity with FX exposure concepts and hedging instruments
• Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and internal controls

Preferred Qualifications

• CTP certification
• Prior experience with private equity-backed or public company environments
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or building materials industries
