Treasury Manager, Banking & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead and support global banking operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, overseeing relationship management, fees, and infrastructure.
• Develop regulatory-compliant banking products and solutions, ensuring effective connectivity via SWIFT, API, H2H, and Open Banking.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing automation in collaboration with Data Science and Banking Technology teams.
• Design and maintain process and control frameworks to meet SOX and business control requirements while managing operational risks.
• Plan and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives related to payments, new revenue models, and target operating model design.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations and influence strategy at the VP level.
• Act as an innovation catalyst by exploring and validating new financial services solutions and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or advanced diploma in Treasury Management or International Finance.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in banking, treasury, or financial services.
• Proven expertise in bank relationship management, commercial management (fees/interest), and service level management.
• Strong technical understanding of banking connectivity (SWIFT, API, H2H, Open Banking) and high-level payments architecture.
• Experience designing integrations across Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP platforms.
• Deep knowledge of advanced FX, cash management, and risk management techniques.
• Proven track record in designing end-to-end fund flow solutions in complex Asian markets.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
