Treasury Manager (Back-office)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-value domestic and cross-border payment flows, ensuring adherence to internal approval frameworks.
• Act as the primary owner of payment processing controls, including validation and authorization workflows.
• Manage end-to-end trade finance activities, including guarantee issuance, amendments, and cancellations.
• Execute and own all intercompany loan activities, including drawdowns, repayments, renewals, and interest accrual reconciliations.
• Coordinate treasury system administration, maintaining user profiles and resolving system-related queries.
• Support the Deputy Treasurer in implementing process improvements, automation, and TMS transitions.
• Ensure accuracy of month-end and year-end treasury reporting and support audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or commerce.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
• Proven experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and process automation.
• Strong control mindset and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACT or CTP qualification.
• Knowledge of AI applications in finance.
• Experience with debt management and back-office treasury operations.
