Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated free cash flow models to forecast future cash flows and perform scenario analyses
• Drive reporting and forecasting process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of cash flow modeling
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders on working capital optimization projects
• Provide strategic insights on liquidity, capital management, and capital allocation to support business initiatives
• Run and enhance recurring risk and treasury-related reporting, including the maintenance of KRIs and dashboards
• Implement analytical tools and dashboards to support real-time data and executive decision-making
• Mentor and support the development of treasury analysts regarding financial modeling best practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Accounting, FP&A, and Investor Relations to validate financial assumptions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in finance or business with a strong understanding of treasury functions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Integrity FIS, and SAP S4
• Exceptional financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, Master of Finance, or CTP designation
• Experience with subscription-based business models
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
