Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-value domestic and cross-border payment flows
• Act as primary owner of payment processing controls and validation workflows
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and bank-related issues
• Manage end-to-end trade finance activities including guarantee issuance and amendments
• Execute and own all intercompany loan activities, including drawdowns, repayments, and renewals
• Maintain intercompany loan registers and monitor maturities and facility limits
• Support the Deputy Treasurer in implementing process improvements, TMS implementation, and automation
• Coordinate system administration for banking platforms like HSBCnet

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or commerce
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills
• In-depth knowledge of treasury systems, concepts, and procedures
• Experience with TMS and automation
• Strong control mindset and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ACT or CTP qualification
• Knowledge of AI applications
• Exposure to debt management
