Treasury Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage small, mid-market, and large corporate clients during online banking system upgrades or conversions
• Provide technical support, customer service, and sales assistance to clients
• Deliver instructor-led virtual classroom training sessions for clients transitioning to new platforms
• Consult with clients to identify additional product or service needs
• Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients across multiple channels
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Assist customers with NACHA files

Requirements

• Experience in Treasury Management sales, client service, account management, or product management
• Experience with online banking treasury management systems, ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, or positive pay
• Proficiency in handling payment files in various formats (NACHA, delimited, fixed, etc.)
• B2B experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting and training stakeholders
• Minimum of 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in a contact center environment
• Experience in online banking or wire transfer conversions
