Treasury Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage small, mid-market, and large corporate clients during online banking system upgrades or legacy platform conversions.
• Provide technical support, customer service, and sales assistance to complex business clients.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual classroom training sessions for clients transitioning to new platforms.
• Consult with customers to identify additional needs related to treasury products and services.
• Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients across multiple delivery channels.
• Assist customers with NACHA files and technical assistance for payment file imports (ACH, Wire, and Positive Pay).
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and manage high-profile client data.

Requirements

• Experience in Treasury Management, client service, account management, or online banking/wire transfer conversions.
• Strong knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, positive pay, and investment sweeps.
• Proven understanding of NACHA files and various payment file formats (delimited, fixed, etc.).
• B2B experience working with commercial or corporate customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically for presenting and training external stakeholders.
• BS in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working in a contact center environment.
• Experience managing high-profile client information portfolios.
• Proven track record in project management and superior execution.
