Treasury Management Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support for Treasury Management products and services to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
• Process ACH transactions, wire transfers, and other electronic payment operations accurately and within established deadlines.
• Assist with onboarding new commercial clients and implementing products such as online banking, ACH origination, and remote deposit capture.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to payment processing systems and remote deposit capture devices.
• Provide client training on electronic banking services, ACH file formats, and NACHA requirements.
• Support fraud mitigation efforts and assist commercial clients with fraud-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate operational, billing, and compliance reports.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury Management Operations, Banking Operations, or Electronic Banking.
• Working knowledge of ACH processing, wire transfers, and electronic payment systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing Treasury Management products and services.
• Familiarity with NACHA operating rules and industry standards.
