Treasury Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing client relationships
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using industry benchmarking and solution positioning
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated, consultative treasury solutions
• Lead business process reviews and engage industry specialists for complex client needs
• Partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in product evolution
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions via roundtables, conferences, and webinars
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor relationship profitability

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cash management, sales, and relationship management
• Proven success in developing new business through prospecting and strong negotiation skills
• Deep knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, and pricing philosophy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external centers of influence
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
• Strong creative solution-building and problem-solving abilities
