Treasury Management Officer - Commercial Real Estate - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using industry benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated, consultative treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and engage industry specialists for complex client needs.
• Partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions via roundtables, conferences, and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor relationship profitability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cash management, sales, and relationship management.
• Proven success in developing new business through proactive prospecting.
• Deep knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, and pricing philosophy.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external centers of influence.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
• Strong creative solution-building and problem-solving abilities.
