Responsibilities

• Update daily balances and bank statements
• Execute Accounts Payable/Receivable and Treasury routines under supervision
• Perform uploads and standardized routines using SAP and other reports
• Support the monthly closing process through data preparation and ERP postings
• Prepare documentation for compliance and audit purposes
• Update cash flow control spreadsheets and basic KPI reports
• Manage banking access permissions
• Execute existing automations and report system instabilities
• Continuously seek improvements in team processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Previous experience in regional or global environments
• Knowledge of SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools
• Experience in fintechs, payment companies, or technology-driven organizations
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools for productivity and data analysis
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Intermediate English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge of Alteryx
• Ability to perform high-volume tasks with high precision in reconciliations
