Treasury Junior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Update daily balances and bank statements
• Execute Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) and Treasury routines
• Perform uploads and standardized routines using SAP and other reports
• Support monthly closing activities by preparing datasets and posting entries in ERP/SAP
• Organize and archive documentation for account openings, compliance, and audit
• Update cash flow control spreadsheets and basic KPI reports
• Execute existing automations and seek process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• Previous experience in regional or global environments
• Knowledge of SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools
• Experience in fintechs, payment companies, or technology-driven organizations
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools for productivity and data analysis
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Alteryx or other low-code tools
• Analytical mindset focused on supporting decision-making
