Treasury Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating treasury documents and standard operating procedures
• Support data gathering and validation across treasury work-streams
• Prepare schematic diagrams and workflow maps to represent treasury processes and approval flows
• Establish and maintain document index/folder structure to ensure materials are searchable and consistently filed
• Support treasury operations in audits and bank KYC due diligence documentation
• Contribute to the design of treasury templates, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Participate in ad-hoc treasury projects

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear documents
• Comfortable with diagramming and flowchart tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with treasury systems (TMS) is an advantage
