Treasury Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage group-wide treasury operations, including liquidity management and cash flow forecasting
• Maintain banking relationships to facilitate fund transfers, cash pooling, and cost-effective solutions
• Perform short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting to provide actionable insights to management
• Conduct daily reconciliations between bank records and accounting records
• Prepare daily cash position reports for owners and business unit heads
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure alignment with operational and strategic needs
• Oversee payment processing, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with the AP team to prioritize payments and manage disbursements for statutory fees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of treasury experience, preferably within the real estate sector
• Proficiency in ERP systems, bank payment platforms, and advanced Excel
• Strong expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Experience in real estate or allied sectors
