Treasury Director

Responsibilities

• Lead global cash and liquidity management, including daily positioning, funding, and optimizing revolving credit facilities.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting to develop short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and manage working capital.
• Act as the treasury lead for the transition from an asset-based lending (ABL) facility to a cash-flow-based revolver.
• Establish and maintain treasury policies, control frameworks, and banking platform administration.
• Implement and manage Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and automation tools to improve visibility and control.
• Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, and liquidity risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for treasury matters with the CFO, executive team, and external lenders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate treasury or corporate finance experience.
• Experience operating within privately held or sponsor-backed companies.
• Proven experience with ABL to cash-flow revolver transitions.
• High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERPs and banking platforms.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP certification.
• Experience in commercial aerospace, parts trading, MRO, or aircraft leasing.
• Strong understanding of credit agreements and financial covenants.
