Treasury Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage debt recovery processes, including collections and unrecoverable portfolio management
• Administer financial aid campaigns, ensuring correct registration of scholarships and student loans
• Oversee student billing, refunds, and payment agreements
• Supervise the assignment of physical spaces for campus events
• Coordinate and collect campus sponsorships
• Manage communication channels including call center oversight and student inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Zoom
• Provide guidance to treasury staff on processes and complex cases
• Perform audits at the end of enrollment periods to ensure financial aid is applied correctly
• Generate monthly reports regarding sponsorships, call center metrics, and portfolio follow-ups

Requirements

• Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or debt recovery, preferably in educational institutions
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to work toward specific objectives and manage multiple tasks
