About the role

Responsibilities

  • Apply consultative sales and relationship management to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions.
  • Manage complex client inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, and implementation.
  • Conduct sales discussions to introduce innovative products and share insights on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and strategic clients.
  • Advise clients on specialized cash flow and liquidity management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate deal closures by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation for cash management services and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor client implementation activities to ensure timely delivery and provide feedback for process refinement.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and treasury management, financial operations, or risk management within a corporate or banking environment.
  • Proven experience with Treasury Products and Services (TPS).
  • Background in Commercial Banking.
  • Demonstrated experience in Relationship Management and Portfolio Management.
  • Experience in the sales of TPS products and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Cash Management and Payment Technologies.
  • Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment.
  • Experience with Sales CRM and Data Analysis Reporting.
  • Ability to structure complex deals and manage people effectively.
