About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for top Asia-Pacific clients, managing inquiries, escalations, and complaints regarding cash management and liquidity products.
  • Build deep understanding of client businesses to offer tailored solutions and improve overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, onboarding, and operations teams to resolve complex issues and meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular service reviews using data to track client activity, identify trends, and implement service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client products and activities while keeping clients informed of regulatory changes and new technology updates.
  • Train and guide clients on the effective use of bank processes and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cash management (product, client service, sales, operations, or implementation).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and global clearing systems.
  • Experience with data automation tools or new technologies used in transaction banking.
  • Familiarity with Asia-Pacific regulations and cross-border payment processes.
  • Experience conducting client service reviews and translating data into actionable improvements.
