Treasury Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact and partner for projects within the Treasury block
• Responsible for opening payment infrastructure for assigned projects
• Launch new initiatives and provide ongoing support for active business lines
• Search for and open new banking, payment partners, and card providers
• Implement initiatives to optimize operational processes, bank fees, and payment infrastructure
• Participate in payment automation and reconciliation processes within the ERP system
• Support business payout processes, control corporate cards, and prepare digests

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the finance sector
• Experience working with banks, payment systems, and non-Ukrainian jurisdictions
• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) for communicating with banks and external partners
• Financial or economic education
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Desire to solve Treasury-related tasks and help businesses grow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in product IT
• Experience in process optimization and automation
