Treasury Balance Sheet Insight Center - Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly balance sheet and deposit reporting analytics.
• Provide timely support for ad hoc requests from business stakeholders regarding balances, Net Interest Income (NII), and rates.
• Investigate data issues, drive resolutions, and ensure reporting accuracy and data quality.
• Support FTP production and reporting processes with timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare NII reports, including variance analysis across business units, products, and periods.
• Perform quality checks on monthly actuals and maintain documentation to improve reporting processes and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze results and support business decision-making.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in financial services, Banking, Treasury, or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheet concepts, NII, and profitability drivers.
• Proficiency in Excel and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree such as an MBA, CA, or CFA.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or QRM.
